HPC training for stakeholder groups and community members - Comprehensive training on how to build an effective collaborative. This is a 24-hour training package
SRCC (Systemic and Restorative Community Collaboration) Advanced and comprehensive training for stakeholder groups - Having an effective framework, common language, methodology and set of tools is critical to working together internally and cross-agency when you are building an effective collaboration. Senior coaches from the international Dialogue for Peaceful Change group and Senior Consultants from the Emerald Consulting HPC team conduct this award-winning 40-hour training.
Advanced and comprehensive conflict resolution training for community volunteers - This is a 40-hour award-winning training in partnership with Dialogue for Peaceful Change, Northern, Ireland. Community volunteers receive international certification and a process for direct service work with youth, families, and communities in conflict.
Assistance with building a volunteer recruitment strategy and community messaging - Our expertise facilitates a climate that helps the community take ownership by embracing, engaging, and getting involved in your effort.
Strategies for outcomes measurement, monitoring and reporting - These components are critical to building and sustaining an effective cross-agency collaborative effort.
