At the heart of the YIN initiative and UrAtWork's High Performing Community strategy is community and yourh conflict resolution.  UrAtWork, Inc.  has formed a strong collaborative partnership with Dialogue for Peaceful Change,  an international  organization headquartered in Belfast, Ireland.

Under a grant from the  Vesper Society Foundation, Dialogue for Peaceful Change has flown in trainers and trained and certified more than 100 volunteers, community leaders, and stakeholders in conflict resolution and formal mediation through the Youth Intervention Network initiative.
